There is no WBS-Tool on the WEB that comes close to our solution - so we had to develop it for our own projects. It's a 100% Excel solution supported by Visual Basic Macros. IT's oriented on the work with "sticky notes" enhanced by the opportunities of working on a PC.
Attention - This tool needs a PC and Excel 2007 or higher installed!
How it works...
1 - Design your base element
We have integrated some sample styles - but you are free do design your own elements just as you like. You can use standard-textures or individual ones, use transparency, shadows, mirroring and all the fency effects of EXCEL-2007.
2 - Brainstorming and first structure
Create your elements, DRAG and DROP them as you like.
3 - Create elements with a click, DRAG and DROP them and use the autosort-functionallity
Just a simple click to order the elements, number them and draw the connecting lines. Change single elements designs with standard Excel functionallity.
4 - Export to Word and Powerpoint
Copy all the elements of your WBS by a single click and paste them into Word or Powerpoint!
5 - Export the WBS into a flat list
Export all your WBS-data in a list and make your WBS-data available for other applications - or simply use the data in Excel.
