Office 2007 CompatibilityIn the creation of our online documents, we at IQxperts use the Office 2007 file format. In order to be able to use our documents with previous versions of MS Office, you need to install the free compatibility pack, offered by Microsoft. After the installation of the compatibility packs for Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003, you can open, edit and save files with thenew Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2007 file formats.
Spam Settings in your Email AccountUnder certain circumstances, our servers will send emails to your address. Sometimes, these might end up in your spam folder. In this case, you can easily rectify this by clicking on one of the mails by IQxperts / spam / add domain of sender to list of secure recipients. Note, in some email clients, this may work differently.
